UNT Interior Design Students Awarded from IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter's Student Conference

The IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter's Student Conference held on February 20th-21st, 2014, brings together students, professionals, educators, and manufacturers' representatives for two days of academic and professional enrichment. The conference hosted 150 students from universities and interior design programs in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Overall, 15 UNT students attended.

Four out of the five scholarships that were given out by IIDA were awarded to UNT students.

Two out of ten travel reimbursement grants from IIDA were award to UNT students.

Three UNT students competed on teams with other students from different schools and placed in IIDA's Design Charrette. Forty students participated in the design charrette.
