Sara Allen Named Outstanding Undergraduate in Interior Design

Sara Allen received the Outstanding Student in Interior Design Award on April 4th, 2014 at UNT's Honors Day Convocation.

Sara will be graduating in May 2014 with a BFA in Interior Design. She has received numerous awards such as:

- People’s Choice Award, IIDA Student Design Charette at NeoCon in Chicago, Summer 2013

Sara is a 2013‐2014 Co‐President of the Interior Design Student Alliance (IDSA), the 2013‐2014 UNT Student Chapter President for the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), a student member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH), and the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). She has started her career as a Project Designer at Furniture Marketing Group, Inc. in Plano, Texas.
